Return & Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you receive the correct parts for your application. Please review the following return policy carefully before placing your order.

14-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

Returns requested after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unopened and unused
• Be in its original manufacturer packaging
• Have all original seals, labels, wrapping, and packaging intact
• Be in new, resalable condition
• Include all components and accessories originally supplied with the product

Opened, installed, used, tested, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered products are not eligible for return.

Opening manufacturer-sealed packaging makes the item ineligible for return.

15% Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by European Engine Parts.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning merchandise. European Engine Parts is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less:

• The 15% restocking fee
• Original shipping charges, if applicable
• Any other non-refundable charges associated with the original order

If the returned product has been opened, used, installed, damaged, or is otherwise not in its original condition, the return may be refused and no refund will be issued.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

Do not install or use an incorrect or damaged product.

Claims involving shipping damage or an incorrect item will be reviewed separately from standard returns.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the part ordered is correct for their vehicle, engine, and application before opening or installing the product.

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact European Engine Parts before opening the product packaging or attempting installation.

Ordering an incorrect part does not waive the requirements of this Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@europeanengineparts.com within 14 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Do not ship a return until your return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided.

European Engine Parts reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements stated above.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
