Unless European Engine Parts expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific product, any product warranty provided by a manufacturer is subject to that manufacturer's own terms, limitations, claim procedures, and eligibility requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, European Engine Parts does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing and disclaims implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed. Products and product information are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Installation and use

Warranty coverage may be affected or excluded by incorrect fitment, improper installation, inadequate lubrication, incorrect clearances, contamination, overheating, detonation, machining errors, misuse, modification, competition or racing use, failure of another engine component, or failure to follow the manufacturer's specifications or service procedures.

Inspection before installation

The purchaser and installer are responsible for inspecting the product before installation and confirming the correct application, part number, size, dimensions, and condition. Do not install a product that appears incorrect, damaged, or inconsistent with the required specifications.

Labor and consequential costs

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, European Engine Parts does not assume responsibility for labor, machining, towing, vehicle downtime, loss of use, removal or reinstallation costs, or other incidental or consequential expenses arising from a product issue.

Manufacturer claims

If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us before further use or installation. We may request photographs, measurements, packaging, installation information, or return of the product so the matter can be reviewed with the manufacturer or supplier.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
